The team at Hall Ryan Construction has a combined 35 years of construction experience. Our team is made up of new construction, residential/commercial re-model, insurance loss restoration, and general maintenance.

Founded by owner Chad Whisenhunt, Hall Ryan Construction was built on a goal of quality.  Chad's background includes: electrical, and new construction, with a heavy emphasis on insurance loss restoration.

Meet Chad

Principal, CEO

Chad Whisenhunt has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and restoration field.  Chad began his construction career working as an apprentice electrician for TriPlex Electric in Tulsa, OK while attaining his Finance degree from Oklahoma State University.  After college, Chad spent 2 years in New York City working for a local Brooklyn contractor restoring brownstones in some of New York’s most famous neighborhoods.  Chad was first introduced to insurance restoration with Affiliated Companies out of Dallas, TX.  Joining the firm as a project manager, Chad quickly climbed the ranks to general manager, in charge of running full scale office operations for several national franchise locations.  After relocating to Denver in early 2011, Chad started Hall Ryan Construction.  Building the core of the company on his back and a foundation built on quality work and exceptional customer service.  Chad holds licenses in most municipalities/cities in the State of Colorado, ICC Certified Class B General Contractor, and a NRCA Licensed Roofing Contractor in the State of Illinois.


Meet Kadrian

President

Kadrian Whisenhunt has 15 years’ experience in material sourcing and project management in the textile manufacturing industry. Kadrian received degrees in Communication and Marketing from Pace University in New York City. She brings knowledge and expertise to handling multiple projects with detail while keeping the budget and timeline at the forefront. Her meticulous style paired with her understanding of both design and trend make her a valuable asset to the Hall Ryan team. She has transitioned from handling multimillion dollar clothing line projects to understanding the detail and quality that we expect in our construction projects at Hall Ryan. Her passion for seeing clients dreams go from paper to finished product is what keeps her motivated. Kadrian runs the daily operations, is the wife of owner, Chad Whisenhunt and cares for their two children, Charlotte and Sophie.


Meet Kyle

Kyle Tucker comes to Hall Ryan with over 5 years of experience in the construction industry. After completing his degree in business at Oklahoma State University he began working nationally as a project manager based out of Dallas, Texas. During his time as a national project manager he was able to gain valuable knowledge in all facets of large loss insurance claims as well as client relations. His projects spanned from residential to commercial in several markets throughout the country. As a new member of Hall Ryan Construction, Kyle is looking forward to building new relationships with clients throughout the Denver area and beyond.


Meet Brad

Senior Project Manager

Brad Mills has over 20 years experience in the construction and restoration field.  Brad honed his “sticks and bricks” skills at a young age while working with his dad, a trim carpenter and custom home builder.  After college, Brad served as plant manager for Overhead Door Company where his conscientious management style and exceptional customer service skills caught the attention of Ankmar Door, where he was offered the General Manager position.  As a native of Colorado Springs, his reputable skills earned him the opportunity to head up the Custom Home building office for the Speers Builders team.  There, Brad supervised the construction of million dollar custom homes as well as multi-million dollar commercial buildings.  As a Smoke and Fire IIRC, WRT and OSHA 30 certified specialist, Brad was employed by Denver based Blu Sky Restoration to assist in the startup of their new Colorado Springs office.  During his three year tenure there, Brad earned Summit Team honors for substantially exceeding his yearly sales goals.  Brad brings a wealth of sales, construction and restoration expertise to Hall Ryan Construction. 


Meet ed

Project Manager

Ed Wickholm has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Ed started learning carpentry skills while taking years of woodshop in high school. That led to summers of building skate ramps and building sheds as a summer job. After attending Colorado State University, Ed quickly became a glazing foreman for both commercial and residential projects. Specializing in measuring and installing custom shower systems, high-end GlassKote TM custom back-painted glass including backsplash, shower walls, elevator lobbies and many other high-end commercial design applications in the western U.S. Ed most recently managed and lead crews installing custom windows and glass unit replacements in Colorado. When not working with glass, Ed has also spent many years managing and creating bathroom remodels, finish trim/carpentry jobs and other finish projects. As a new member to the Hall Ryan Construction team, Ed is looking forward to working with you to complete your future projects.


Meet KOREY

Production Manager

Korey Swain joined Hall Ryan Construction with 5 years’ experience in the insurance restoration industry as a water and fire technician.  Korey has had job site training on multi-million dollar water and fire losses and has used his skillset to help restore properties to pre-damage condition.  Korey holds the following certifications from the IICRC: WRT- Water Damage Restoration Technician, AMRT- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Containment Fundamentals, FSRT- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, OCT- Odor Control Technician, CCT- Carpet Cleaning Technician, RRT- Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician, HST- Health and Safety Technician.  Additional certifications as follows: EPA approved-Building Inspector, Lead Paint Awareness-EPA
